Better starts and ends with the customer

As a Specialist Customer Care for Western Union, youll pride yourself on being responsible for ensuring excellent quality service is delivered to our customers across our Call Center. You will be required to ensure compliance with important company systems, processes, and procedures, as well as make decisions on compliance and security issues. Youll handle the reporting of performance against quality measures across our Call Center. Besides, youll provide technical support and problem resolution with flawless execution of our agent's point of sale system, application, and network issues. Performing outbound calls, youll diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, and escalate or replace equipment. Youll participate in the different improvement processes.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • Bachelors degree or be a student

  • Experience in a similar role (customer services, Call Center, or related)

  • At least one year of Call Center experience or related

  • Intermediate spoken and written English

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office

  • The ability to work with different systems at the same time (multitask) and work well under pressure (measurable metrics)

  • A passion for customer care, teamwork, and efficient communication

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday: from 12 pm to 9 pm. Every other Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm
