**Job Description Summary**
As a Solutions Marketing Leader, youll be a product evangelist and will play an integral part in executing commercial launches across a wide variety of markets as well as supporting the development of multi-segment message platforms that clearly communicate the value of our offerings. You will collaborate with our global and regional teams to develop commercial launch programs that include world-class sales enablement toolkits and rollout plans.

**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Collaborate to develop upstream product marketing and commercial launch plans, including positioning, value proposition, and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
Execute a commercial launch plan for the products you support in conjunction with our region and global teams, including key activities to develop and deliver effective and engaging sales enablement tools.
Participation in the evaluation of competitive intelligence, market research, market positioning, and customer research.
Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
**Required Qualifications**
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing or related field
Healthcare product/industry acumen
Innovation develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
Strong analytical and process skills
Team oriented ability work well with diverse, cross-functional teams while navigating complex organizations
Agility to manage multiple priorities at once, while retaining the flexibility to pivot as needed.
**Desired Characteristics**
Demonstrated skills in developing sales launch materials that resonate with the target audience and deliver results
Experience with various marketing technologies, such as DAMs, Salesforce, CMP Platforms and marketing automation.
Demonstrated skills in understanding customers through competitive research, market research and/or persona/journey mapping
