ASML San Jose, CA is an industry leader in computational lithography for integrated circuits. Our Tachyon platform enables capabilities that address chip design, photomask making and wafer printing for semiconductor manufacturing and the LithoTuner platform enables lithography optimization for ASML’s leading photo lithography tools, known as ‘scanners’.

## **Job Mission**

As a Site Recruitment Lead, you will act as the ambassador for the Recruitment team for a division of ASML. You will assist in managing external and internal client relationships and drive the recruiting operations, in partnership with our RPO vendor and Recruiters assigned to the division.

**Job Description**

* Build sustainable relationships with key business stakeholders on site and relevant academia regionally
* Collect site staffing demand and in cooperation with U.S. Recruitment team translate into a yearly site recruitment plan
* Guide and monitor recruitment operations on site, and be the first point of escalation
* Manage relationswith external recruitment agencies for fixed and flex positions
* Design branding and engagement strategies to address critical positions
* Drive outreach activities related to Diversity, Veterans Hiring, University Relations and
Affirmative Action
* Local brand/labor market ambassador
* Initiate and execute Talent Programs including Business Courses, Scholarships and
Internships for ASML San Jose
* Support change management and drive continuous improvement initiatives on e.g. process
optimization, systems, reporting, search, selection, onboarding

## **Education**

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience


* Bachelor’s Degree with more than 5 years of Recruitment related experience, preferably including University Recruitment
* Persuasive verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a global organization
* Proven ability to run meetings, present reports and make presentations
* Experience in Diversity Recruiting or other related outreach activities highly preferred
* Combines structured, pragmatic, hands on approach with conceptual view
* Ideal next step for recruitment professional who wants to take broader responsibility by
leading site recruitment activities and develop on related expertise areas like branding, sourcing, selection and onboarding

**Personal skills**

The US Recruitment team is responsible to source, screen, hire and onboard qualified professionals across the US for various offices and remote locations for ASML. The team also undertakes strategic initiatives in areas like Diversity and Inclusion, University Relations & Campus Recruitment, Veterans Hiring, Affirmative Action, EEO outreach, Labor Market Communications and Brand awareness.

## **Context of the position**

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings.
