**Job Description Summary**

Provide expert technical consulting for the implementation of Healthcare Digital products in an individual contributor role and the role will spend up to 50% of the time as a Team Leader. This includes software installations and upgrades as well as site preparation and pre-sales. Effectively collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and satisfaction. Frequent interaction with customers, third party vendors, and Healthcare Digital teams. Serves as technical leader and subject matter expert for multiple products while keeping overall solution top of mind. Used as a resource for the most complex installs/upgrades and frequently assists sales with quoting and roadmap discussions. Mentors others and oversees the day to day procedures, metrics/data analysis and processes.

**Job Description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Technical liaison/partner for Project Manager for assigned project

+ Prepare/Review/approve technical install/upgrade plans for assigned projects

+ Ability to transform install/upgrade plan into project sequence and work with project manager to finalize project execution plan

+ Perform GE internal validation/testing before handing off Test or production system to customer for assigned projects

+ Perform install/upgrade for all Early adopter sites

+ Might be expert in one area (backend or frontend) but have skills/understanding for full solution and ability to get work done from TCS+CitiusTech+TIS+EA engineers and avoid rework

+ Attend Sales to Services handoff call for assigned projects

+ Attend Services to Support handoff call for assigned projects

+ Ability to train/coach others

+ Ability to manage escalations coming from TIS, EA team, TCS and CitiusTech and partner with engineering to resolve issues

+ Should be able to perform CPACS, UV,WFM or ZFP install or upgrade when needed

+ As Team Leader, responsible for achieving all defined goals and milestones assigned, while spending up to 50% on the below responsibilities:

+ Work with the team to monitor goals and day to day processes.

+ Responsible for updating team metrics and improvement processes

+ Running weekly calls with technical team

+ Training (assessments, training plan development, coordination, follow-up)

+ Mentoring/coaching (OJT, engaging technical resources, identifying and communicating opportunities/improvements, deliver recognition)

+ Process documentation/maintenance and communication

+ Remove team roadblocks through creative problem solving

+ Develop a close working relationship with the relevant regional Service Leaders

+ Follows/establishes external escalation path and effectively diffuse customer conflicts and bring to resolution

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree plus 5 years technical experience in the healthcare PACs domain or equivalent military education plus 7+ years experience in an IT related field; or Associates Degree with 9+ years experience in IT related field; or a High School Diploma/GED and 11+ years experience in IT related field.

+ May require nights or weekend work

+ Must be willing to travel 25 %

+ This role is remote based and is open location in continental US.


+ Organizational skills and decision making ability

+ Passion for quality while also demonstrating time management skills

+ Experience with large-scale project management where deadlines were met on or ahead of schedule.

+ Knowledge of clinical information systems.

+ Experience in database set-up and scripting

+ Multiple platform development / support experience (Windows, IBM-AIX, HP-UX, HACMP, Linux, SunOS).

+ Experience with interface engines including Cloverleaf, CCG, Datagate, eGate.

+ Knowledge of Windows Terminal Server and Citrix.

+ Ability to prioritize multiple assignments/projects while meeting deadlines; Multi-task skills.

+ Software experience with one or more of the following, Installation, support, training or healthcare industry knowledge

+ Experience using TCP/IP networks, communications and associated tools

+ Experience in VM environment setup and operating system optimization

+ Experience leading both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

+ Experience with the largest and most complex implementations and providing customer satisfaction and quality
