Services Growth P&L Leader - Onshore Wind Services

Role Summary:

The LATAM Digital Services P&L Leader will drive double digit services growth in Onshore Wind Services by partnering with the local marketing, product line, sales and Supply Chain teams to deeply understand local markets, influence the product portfolio, tailor Services positioning, deliver on services operating profit plan. Primary focus areas will include, EHS, Quality, execution and profitability.



Essential Responsibilities:







+ Responsible for the financial performance of a rapidly growing Digital Services

business in the region.



+ Metrics include orders, pipeline generation, sales,

region margin, regional base cost, Regional Operating profit, Customer NPS.



+ Develop maintain high-level influential relationships with strategic

customers and develop strategies to win profitable business; drive customer

satisfaction and growth.



+ Provide accurate and timely business communication to

the Digital Services Leadership Team and engage the linkage to highly matrixes

teams.



+ Ability to work with GGO, Global and Latin America Renewable Energy and OnShore

Wind leadership team especially but not exclusively with Marketing, Product

Line, Sales, Commercial, Projects and Services, Supply Chain to ensure

alignment on key strategic priorities.



+ Drive Digital Services mindset culture across functions ensuring

pipeline generation in each interaction with the customer.



+ Own regional Digital

Services strategic planning, annual plans, talent and organizational

development, and compliance and integrity.



+ Ensure compliance.



+ Lead by example

and drive a culture of transparency and integrity.



+ Foster an EHS and Quality culture that hold the team accountable for

their performance.



+ Drive execution at the sties that balance the customer

expectations with the needs of the business.



+ Advocate for region specific needs

and support requests for funding where necessary.



+ Develop and communicate a

strategy to grow digital offerings in line with Blueprint expectations; work

with the Renewable Energy Digital team to ensure Services needs are being

supported and delivered.



+ Partner with regional and global P&S leaders and team to

understand and support operational excellence needs.



+ Regional Digital Services Leaders should meet regularly to ensure best

practices and lessons learned are shared globally.



+ Help manage expectations

regarding local vs. global customers communicate across regional

boundaries regarding large opportunities, pricing/commercial strategies, etc.

(minimize risk of inconsistent strategies to a global customer from different

regions).



+ The LATAM Digital Services Leader should learn from other regions how

to improve efficiency of local ramp up experience.









Qualifications/Requirements:







+ Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, or Marketing from an

accredited college or university



+ Minimum 5 years of experience in OnShore Wind functional area.



+ English Speaker required, Portuguese and Spanish languages desired



+ Proven leadership experiences - experience personally developing and

guiding others through the development of significant business challenges.



+ Critical change agent with strong credibility and influence in the

organization.



+ Excellent cross-functional influencing skills.



+ Highly developed communication and influencing skills with Senior

Leadership teams



+ Experience in establishing a vision and translating it into meaningful

tasks and activities for others to execute.



+ Experience in transforming complex data into presentations for Senior

Leaders or external Audience.



+ Ability to build consensus across numerous organizations.



+ Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.



+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.



+ Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.









Desired Characteristics:





+ Prior experience as a Service manager, or operational experience.



+ Graduate of GE leadership program (RELP, REDP, ECLP, CLP, CLS).



+ Demonstrated interpersonal and organization skills.
