Service Program Manager - SE Region

Role Summary:Drives the overall client satisfaction, retention and growth based on consistent delivery of a total GE Healthcare solution in specific targets by account or account type, IB or offering type with desired outcome to drive current revenue growth. Drive alignment and execution on collaborative activities within target funnel and account communities by both focused and broad-based communications with the SE Region. Supporting entire SE Region - FL, GA, AL, LA, MS, TN, SC, NC.



Essential Responsibilities:

+ 1. Provide direction to our resources to drive incremental in year revenue with a primary focus on On-Demand Services but also other areas such as contract, in-house, direct to customer.



+ 2. Work with the GEHC Businesses and account management team to ensure clear communication throughout the enterprise.



+ 3. Facilitate meetings that focus on GEs recommendations and solutions to improve hospital operations in a manner to drive in year revenue growth in all service lines.



+ 4. Lone Wolf Activities - Function as the single point of contact as designated for incremental revenue opportunities with the SE Region by IB or customer.



+ 5. Influencing Activities - Collaborate and communicate with both Operations and Sales Teams on those Market Driven incremental revenue opportunities with the goal to influence strategy and behavior to drive additional incremental growth.



+ 6. Benchmark and operationalize key growth metrics, including periodic reports of progress and collaboration with the Region Service Operations Team on funnel updates and opportunity assignment.



+ 7. Aid sales processes to drive growth.



+ 8. Other duties as assigned by People Leader.





Quality Requirement:



+ 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.



+ 2. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.





Qualifications/Requirements:

+ 1. Bachelors degree and Project/Program Management or Service Leadership experience.



+ 2. Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate clearly.



+ 3. Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization both internally and customer facing.



+ 4. Willingness to travel 50%.



+ 5. Legal authorization to work in the United States.



+ 6. Willing to submit to a background investigation, (e.g., verification of your past employment, criminal history, educational background).



+ 7. Willing to take a drug test.



+ 8. Willing to submit to a check of driving record.





Desired Characteristics:

+ 1. Strong analytical skills and business acumen (i.e. knowledge of healthcare service lines, Profit & Loss centers, balance sheets, capital and operational planning).



+ 2. Experience working in the healthcare industry, including interaction with hospital administration (i.e. account management, relationship-building experience). Strongly preferred experience specialized within the DoD and VA healthcare space.



+ 3. Experience in client-facing role (e.g., consulting, project management, process improvement (Six Sigma/ LEAN)), while serving as advocate for clients needs.



+ 4. GEHC Services and Sales experience (e.g., Clinical Services/Biomed, Radiology, Cardiology, Life Support Systems, Monitoring, Ultrasound, Information Technology). Sales experience to include funnel and territory management within industry standard ERP system(s). Greater than 5 years active outside sales experience desired.
