**Job Description Summary**

In this role, you will work closely with customers and project team to support the needs of GE Digital Asset Performance Management Implementation or Upgrade projects. Will work as an integral member of the project team communicating effectively with clients and internal resources. You will act as, an individual contributor, on these engagements, contributing to configuration, customization, support, and integration with customer systems thereby contributing to the projects technical success.



**Job Description**



Essential Responsibilities:



+ Provide knowledge and experience to collaborate with the customer to identify technical requirements and estimate the technical effort required to implement GEs Asset Performance Management Product (APM)

+ Perform installation, configuration, customization to implement APM for customers in accordance with the function requirements and design

+ Perform database upgrade of APM

+ Provide technical support for APM implementation or upgrade projects

+ Collaborate with Project Managers and Services Consultants throughout the project to identify and scope applications changes while adhering to the change management process

+ Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects.

+ Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, influencing decisions on design and functionality to keep projects on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations.

+ Effectively leverage product capability, driving standardization, limiting customization, and maximizing reuse of content developed for previous solutions.

+ Interact with Product Development Team, Commercial Team, Customers, Solution Providers (Partner / Integrators), and other cross-functional teams as required.

+ Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with peers and team members as an inclusive team member, supporting project execution.

+ Effectively apply GE Digital execution methodology and project standards.

+ Maintain & continuously update technical skills and knowledge.

+ Work independently as well as part of the team.

+ Maintain strong customer relation and provide excellent customer service



Qualifications/Requirements:



+ Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience in software services, or equivalent (defined as: High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years progressive experience in software services).

+ 7+ years experience in client-facing consulting focused on technical configuration using databases and .NET code development

+ Prior experience with GE Digital APM implementation / development is desired.

+ Programming experience in software development with Microsoft Visual Studio / Development tools. Proficient with Visual Studio 2017 / 2019 for building business rules.

+ Experience working with Databases like SQL and Oracle with good exposure on DDL, DML commands along with Stored Procedures.

+ Experience with basic database administration like Restoring, Backup for both SQL and Oracle

+ Strong experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services is a plus

+ Experience with commonly used EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) systems, such as SAP, Maximo, or Oracle EAM is a plus

+ Strong spoken and written English language skills

+ Excellent complex problem solving and analytical skills

+ Must be willing to travel to work closely with our customers
