**Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ Together with our businesses you will define and lead the implementation of the quality improvements - strategic & operational depending on needs, as well as processes and tools to support our strategy. You will be develop, promote & support the implementation of Grid quality culture and lead improvement initiatives to achieve business excellence.

+ You will serve as expert, coach and facilitator, gathering best practices and needed quality resources.

+ You have awareness of latest functional developments in quality area including digital quality. You will lead strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility.

+ You are a skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. You create collaboration and build bridges. You are clear on where we need to go, based on data & facts, and relentlessly support on the way to achieve that. You come with a "can-do" attitude & mindset, taking new perspectives on existing solutions.

+ You support Grid senior leadership within the field of quality based on your technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.

+ Last but not least, you are a team player supporting our central team to grow and raise the bar.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED)

+ Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in the Quality & Functional Management
