Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

**Roles and Responsibilities**



+ Manage an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.

+ **Plan, organize and consequent execute** the production tasks with strong focus on established KPIs and EHS standards

+ Secure the highest **quality and manufacturing** standards

+ Engage in **process simplification and standardization**

+ **Motivate, inspire and promote** employees in line with Code of Ethics and GE beliefs

+ **Effective and optimal** resources, materials & goods usage on dedicated area

+ Aim to manufacturing **costs & cycle time reduction**

**Required Qualifications**



+ Masters degree in Engineering/Supply Chain/Business or related field or equivalent knowledge or experience

+ **Significant** **experience** in the field with proven leadership

+ Fluent in English and communicative in Polish. Other languages highly valued
