Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time; must be able to operate a computer extensively for four (4) or more hours per day.

Job Summary

The Center for Innovation in Population Health is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to provide training support and technical assistance on the use of the TCOM Tools: Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS), the Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment (ANSA) and the Family Advocacy and Support Tool (FAST). The Senior Policy Analyst will be expected to provide support in the implementation and evaluation of children’s systems of care with agencies and jurisdictions in New York, and elsewhere.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Demonstrated experience with R and other programming languages such as SAS, Stata, SQL, Python, VBA, and/or ArcGIS or other spatial analysis tools required. Clinical use of the TCOM tools in practice.

Preferred Education/Experience

A minimum of seven years of experience facilitating the implementation of child welfare processes, practices, and policy making that improves outcomes for children, youth, and families required.

Driver’s license preferred.

Certified required (after hire) in one or more of the TCOM Tools: Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) and Family Advocacy and Support Tool (FAST) and/or Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment (ANSA) preferred.
