TITLE: Senior Marketing Manager

LOCATION: Palo Alto, CA, Charlotte, NC, Jersey City, NJ or Remote

Intapp is seeking a senior-level marketing manager to join our demand generation team, specifically supporting the Accounting and Consulting verticals. This role will report to the Director of Marketing, Accounting & Consulting, and work closely with Intapp's account management and senior leadership teams across multiple business units to define and orchestrate global demand generation, digital marketing, and voice of customer activities for current and prospective clients.

In this role, you'll build targeted strategies and campaigns to build demand for Intapp's products and services within key audiences and personas.

The successful candidate will be well-versed in demand generation and account-based marketing strategies, content marketing, and email and digital campaigns and programs in service of accelerating pipeline and revenue growth, as well as supporting client retention and satisfaction. Additionally, you're a natural communicator and storyteller, and operate with measurable impact and results at the forefront of everything you do.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Manage demand generation and marketing activities for Intapp's Accounting & Consulting verticals
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that both support revenue-generation functions and further product/service penetration in the marketplace
  • Write/create/edit blog articles, presentations, case studies, social media copy, email copy, web content, videos and advertising copy that targets an array of customer types/personas
  • Develop vertical and audience-specific marketing plans, and further the programmatic infrastructure, including the editorial calendar, email marketing flows, nurture campaigns, lead generation/management, etc.
  • Work directly with other marketing and sales team members to ensure that event, partnership and social media marketing efforts are strategically aligned to corporate goals
  • Develop and execute a modern content and asset strategy around a business outcome approach supporting unique account, audience, and solution area needs
  • Define and execute against an always-on digital strategy which leverages email, SEO, SEM, content syndication and paid social
  • Establish a model where the Client Development Associate (CDA) team is leveraged and enabled to drive campaign qualification and success
  • Align closely with sales while continually measuring, optimizing and reporting out on demand generation efforts to demonstrate material contribution to global pipeline generation

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 7+ years of experience running demand generation and marketing strategies across a broad solution portfolio, and multiple personas
  • Strong understanding of vertical marketing, audience segmentation, and content mapping to the buyer's journey
  • Must be able to comprehend and own all aspects of campaign and program development, in particular messaging and content development
  • An ability to roll your sleeves up and build the foundation while also bringing strategic insights and framework to this function
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a track record of successfully interfacing with sales teams
  • Follows a metrics-driven, analytical approach with a focus on outcome and impact
  • High energy, own it personality and ability to thrive in a growth environment
  • Preferred: knowledge of or previous experience in or marketing to the accounting industry and/or professional services Industry experience.
