The iMCMs (Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing) Multichannel Engagement Team Leads primary role is to identify and recommend relevant programs and tactics within the channel as a part of the Integrated Multi-Channel Customer Strategy and Plan to pull through Brand Strategies and create meaningful and differentiated customer experiences for a variety of customer types (HCP, Patient/Consumer, etc.) for in-line US brands.
This individual works closely with the US brand teams, internal cross-functional partners and external agency partners to develop multi-channel strategies and manage all phases of execution and measurement for the tactical plans. The Multichannel Engagement Lead also plays a key role in generating insights in order to drive ongoing optimization of brand campaigns and continual alignment of plans and strategies with brand objectives, goals and budgets.
- Be a brand champion: Have an active presence across all brand team activities including status meetings and planning sessions and be viewed as an integral team member
- Be a multi-channel subject matter expert: Able to translate brand strategies into compelling multi-channel marketing strategies and plans driven by customer insights and analytics
- Be a change agent: Influences the business approach to integrated multi-channel management
- Be a great partner: Provides clear and firm direction to agencies and internal partners for channel mix selection, content development and tactical delivery
Education/Certification/Experience:
Bachelors degree in a related discipline required; masters degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in data-driven marketing, CRM, and marketing automation.
Brand, Multi-Channel, Digital marketing, Media, and Strategic planning experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is a must.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Strong ability to build cross-functional consensus.
Embedding multi-channel marketing strategy into brand strategies for new and existing commercial products.
Designs, develops and implements marketing programs and/or pricing strategies to support the organization's products, services or market sector.
Uses specific marketing strategies and media (e.g., Internet, press, television, radio) to launch and position products and services in a sector.
Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams. Responsibilities are within the Marketing Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
