Job Description

Knowledge Management within Global Quality Compliance is a key function that gathers, evaluates and disseminates relevant inspectional and industry data to Teva Quality colleagues throughout the world.  This data is used by Teva sites and entities as part of inspection readiness planning and overall compliance to Teva Quality requirements.


This role collaboratively sets and implements the Quality knowledge management direction for the Teva Quality organization via the oversight of various, electronic platforms and databases.


An important part of this role will also be the ongoing assessment, improvement and evolution of Tevas knowledge management tools and practices.  The effective dissemination of Quality information via established and novel electronic platforms, Quality forums, and training sessions is key to ensuring that Tevas high Quality standard is maintained.


-    Management of Regulatory Inspection central repository (data & documents)
-    Administration/Ownership of the Regulatory Inspection and Global Quality portals
-    Ongoing assessment and improvement of the Knowledge Management Program (Corporate Standards, Tools, Training, Communication)
-    Management of  inspectional gap assessments (Teva practices and standards vs. inspectional observations, new or revised regulations and guidances,  Industry WLs)
-    Oversight for Regulatory Intelligence (e.g., monitor regulations/guidance; investigator profiles; competitor analysis)
-    Hosting of the Quarterly Compliance Forum
-    Analysis/Reporting/ Teva Inspections & GMP Inspections/Observations/Data/Trends
-    Management of the FDA/EMA inspection forecast Presentation 
-    Administration/Ownership of the Global Quality Shared Drive
-    Information sharing via various internal forums on relevant Quality topics (e.g., inspection trends)
-    Provide other GxP Quality support as needed to the Global Quality Management Systems team. 



    Bachelors Degree in Science, Healthcare or related discipline preferred
    Minimum five (5) years experience in a Quality or Operations role in a GMP environment 
    Strong knowledge in regulatory standards in Pharmaceutical Industry, including requirements and expectations of global regulatory bodies such as FDA and EMA.
