This position is responsible developing and executing our DIGIHALER launch strategy with IDNs and Population Health Management. Individual will also be responsible for being the marketing point with our Market Access & Value Based Contracting Teams.

Responsibilities Include:


US Marketing point for U.S. Digihaler portfolio pricing, contracting and reimbursement strategies for Payer & Health Systems stakeholders.  

Partner with contracting team to develop and execute innovative contracting options for U.S. Digihaler portfolio

Lead Digihaler Early Experience Program (EEP), Self-Insured Employer EEP and other commercial pilot & partnership plans

Help manage distribution channel strategies for the portfolio including trade, retail, online and offline (innovative) channels

Provide strategic leadership and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and agency / vendor partners to develop internal training and Payer communications plan in collaboration with Health Systems Marketing partners

Provide input into forecasts and manage portions of long-range strategic plans and annual operating & brand plans



Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.


Qualifications/Required Experience

Education Required: Bachelors Degree (preferably in Business, Pharmacy or Life Sciences)

10 Years of pharmaceutical experience including customer facing/sales experience

5 Years of experience working with health systems and payer account systems

Experience with engaging KOLs, Advocacy groups and Professional Medical Societies


Experience Preferred

Education Preferred: PhD, MBA or Masters Degree

Successful pre-launch and launch experience

US Respiratory therapeutic area expertise



Strategic thinker who is also accustomed to working in a hands-on manner to accomplish multiple priorities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships as well as influence employees at all level

Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, teamwork and collaboration capabilities teamwork

Demonstrated success engaging both internal and external stakeholders, leading or influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment

Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies, vendors and allocated budget




Approximately 40% domestic travel throughout the US
