Senior Director, Client Services

The Senior Director, Client Services will play a critical role in leading a skilled team that is defining, refining, and redefining processes and tools, delivering operational support, providing valued reporting, and supporting sales.

This will include working closely within Professional Services and with teams across the entire organization. Working alongside the Senior Vice President of Services, responsibilities include

  • Lead the PMO and team responsible for Professional Services processes, services sales, and delivery operations.
  • Lead the team accountable for refining, redefining, and creating processes with accountability for ensuring process is efficient, well understood, and expertly measured.
  • Lead the team and its mission to support delivery with excellent project administration, resource management, and delivery support execution.
  • Lead the Professional Services reporting team in their goal to provide information in the best possible manner to run the business and to improve the running of the business.
  • Lead the Professional Services Sales team and their support of Sales and Professional Services.
  • Represent Professional Services as a part of the Intapp Operations team where you are the primary decision maker and owner of processes and tools and the lead for cross-company collaboration.
  • Contribute to strategy and major initiatives with Professional Services Leadership.
  • Provide informed guidance to the Intapp Product Management as they build out solutions for the entire Professional Services industry


  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 - 7 years as the head of a Global Professional Services Operations team.
  • Minimum of 3 years running a Global PMO.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Professional Services delivery role (functional, technical, or project management) within an enterprise software company.
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to listen carefully and to communicate effectively within a diverse environment.
  • Resourceful, results-oriented, and highly energetic.
  • Self-starter and proven team player.
