Better requires process discipline and simplification

As an Associate Analyst, you are responsible for creating and maintaining BAU reporting processes and procedures through the use of applicable reporting tools and software and maintaining the distribution of reporting for business units' KPIs and SLAs. You will support the business unit's needs of making better data-driven decisions regarding Product performance by supporting data reporting requests and partnering with teams to ensure continuous improvement and accuracy of APN Product needs in line with Senior Management to achieve Business & Product objectives and goals. You will act as the initial point of escalation within the region, supports troubleshooting problems sessions, and identify and escalate global issues as appropriate.

For this role, you will need to have knowledge of the Payments Industry with an insight into identifying and problem-solving incidents, good communication skills and have an analytical mindset.

The annual gross base salary is from 15, 975 - 28,207 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
