Senior Analytics Engineer (multiple positions)

Essential Responsibilities:GE Digital Holdings LLC seeks Senior Analytics Engineer to work on a team of Analytics Engineers and Data Scientists analyzing equipment operation and failure modes to detect failures through analysis of process environment, equipment operation and real-time sensor data. Apply a structured process to design and build new analytics blueprint packages. Understand and evaluate industry specific or business specific analytics capability for applicability to Application Performance Management (APM) analytics. Translate the custom analytics for implementation within APM Product capability. Create analytics for variants of known equipment. Write Analytics Functional Documentation for the Field Services teams. Provide supporting technical materials, education and in person expertise during commercial cycles, partner and cross-business collaboration. Drive repeatability in solution component architectures.

Qualifications/Requirements:Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelors degree related experience. Alternatively, Company will accept a Masters degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) and 3 year of related experience. Position also requires 3 years of experience with: Deploying and maintaining analytics digital twins across fleets of equipment, and monitoring these digital twins in one or many of the following industrial settings: Power Generation, Aviation, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Chemical or Mining & Metals industries; Design or Application of Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA) Techniques; Building and validating analytics packages in R or Python; Remote monitoring of digital twins using Application Performance Management (APM) software; Analyzing telemetry and sensor data building models for equipment digital twins; and Building and improving APM analytics templates using SmartSignal Blueprints.
