The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer.

Local Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customers within the specific region.

As a Customer Support Installation Materials Coordinator you are responsible for the organization and registration of material used during an installation. In this role you will interface with people from the installation project team and logistics.

## **Job Mission**

To Install leading edge lithographic systems, at the customer site, within specifications, on time, with quality exceeding the customer’s expectations.

## **Job Description**

* Manage and track the movement of material to make sure material is where it needs to be at the required time

* Register the movement of material and maintain the status in SAP to show the status of the material

* Manage the storage of the material so material can be found quickly, ensure the material is not lost, and keep the work area neat and clean.

* Physically move the material both within the clean room and support the movement of material from the warehouse to the customer facility

* Ensure the material is allocated and physically moved using the appropriate transportation method

* Ordering material

* Ensure accuracy and completeness of tooling and “kits” as part of the pickup and return process. This includes rejection of the tools/kits if not complete or accurate.

* Assist in defect resolution for incoming tools/kits

## **Education**

* Preferred associates degree in technical field or equivalent experience

* Mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of electronics, semiconductor processes, and relevant software. Knowledge of safety procedures required.

## **Experience**

* Experience in a challenging environment with high tech products and complex processes

* High proficiency in Excel

* Experience working in a clean room is preferred

* SAP experience preferred

## **Personal skills**

Good rapport with people, analytical thinker, structured approach, detail oriented and process mindset.

Must be flexible, stress resistant, and able to work independent as well as in a team.

Good knowledge of the English language.

Excellent communication skills with ability to digest technical details into information that can be used to make business decisions, communicate with customers, and influence others.
