Role Summary:In this role, you will be responsible for overall Life Care Solutions (LCS) products' operating plan in Indonesia. Manage overall in country operations and strategy for cross LCS segments, manage expectations of customers from the C-suite level, handle direct, indirect and LCS multi segment deals. He/she shall work closely and align in-country LCS strategies with ASEAN LCS segment leaders and teams to deliver LCS Operating plan in the country.

Essential Responsibilities:



+ Lead & own in country sales operations and accountable for financial consolidation for LCS product at the country level;



+ Responsible for developing sales strategy and achieving sales targets and revenue goals;



+ Own funnel for country orders & sales. Accurately forecast order, sales and growth opportunities within designated territory for all LCS segments;



+ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with key accounts, stakeholders (e.g. HOD, Finance, societies etc) and understanding their needs;



+ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;



+ Develop and execute the coverage/distribution strategy for all LCS segments;



+ Manage Channel Partners on Delivery/Schedule/PO for all LCS segments);



+ Drive demand creation through talks, seminars, training and other promotional activities. Represent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote product/solution and company;



+ Lead in country marketing/education activities;



+ Handle direct or multi segment deals involving MOH, tenders & etc.







Qualifications/Requirements:



+ At least one of the following core experiences: 5+ years of Sales Experience in a B2B environment, strategic selling and negotiation in a complex sales environment involving multiple decision makers and influences;



+ A proven track-record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;



+ Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process;



+ Solid channel management experience, strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills;



+ Self-starter able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload;



+ Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays depending on geography and business needs as well as to sales meetings & tradeshow;



+ Ability to communicate using local language.

+ Relevant healthcare industry experience;



+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and strong oral and written communication skills;



+ Ability to influence others and lead small teams;



+ Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact;



+ Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously;



+ Effective problem identification and solution skills;



+ Familiarity with Tier 2/Tier 3 or upcountry locations and understanding of related challenges to sell in those customer segments or geographies;



+ Robust interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team;



+ Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization;



+ Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions;



+ Product demonstration, negotiation, closing and growing a sales territory;



+ Proven customer acumen and relationship building skills in a healthcare or similar environment;



+ Initiative and risk taking ability, passionate with an aggressive sales mindset.
