Play an active part in growing our top brand by following up with warm leads as well as introducing our brand to new leads at the biggest names in security, fire, and aging in place. Available Schedules

We are seeking representatives to support our Outside Sales teams across US time zones and have these schedules available: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm, 10:00am-6:30pm or 11:30am-8:00pm ET.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your Account Manager to prospect new business and expand customer base within your territory
  • Work as a team to identify strategies for successful lead generation
  • Use the company's CRM database to input all lead information and client encounters
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients while educating on the company's industry leading brand and service
  • Respond to all customer requests and/or inquires
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails, inbound lead follow-up, and appointment scheduling
  • Qualify leads into prospects
  • Conduct introductory sales presentations to clients
  • Schedule sales appointments with qualified leads for Account Manager
  • Provide necessary support to other Sales and Marketing team members to keep the sales processes running smoothly
  • Assist in the onboarding of newly signed customers within your territory
  • Maintain strong client relationships by conducting quarterly business calls to your book of business
  • Grow company by assisting to successfully close deals

Basic Qualifications

  • A two (2) year degree or 2+ years of on-the-job experience in a related field
  • Proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to display a sense of urgency
  • Strong team player, with a full understanding of confidentiality agreements and proprietary information
  • Many of our positions require an extra level of screening to obtain Department of Defense security clearance
  • Rapid Response prides itself in being a drug-free workplace

Preferred Qualifications

  • A four (4) year degree and 1+ years of inside sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop lasting professional relationships

COVID-19 Requirements

  • Must be fully vaccinated: 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson, 2 weeks prior or more
  • Booster shot is required 2 months after Johnson & Johnson or 5 months after second dose of Pfizer/Moderna
