ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Assistant will provide support to the ELT and School sales team to aid in the efficient operation of the group and will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager. They will also provide exceptional client service to the educational community the sales team serves.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support for the field sales team and their manager, maintaining timely, efficient, and professional correspondence and communication to ensure that all staff are able to carry out their roles effectively
- Professionally responding to client requests via phone and email by monitoring and fielding requests that come in via email and voicemail
- Supporting sales team in growing existing customer base by researching new opportunities and following up on leads
- Monitoring and managing lead reporting to assist the sales team and ensure accurate data entry in Salesforce
- Assisting with the tracking and qualifying of sales leads from marketing campaigns and company website
- Running and sharing sales reporting at peak sales times
- Attending professional displays and conferences
- Managing relationships with 3rd party vendors
ABOUT YOU
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage heavy workloads and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A professional manner and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
Location: This position is hybrid out of the Don Mills, Ontario office.
