POSITION SUMMARY
- The RN E-Care Coordinator is responsible for providing ongoing end user support for the Home Care Home Base functions of the electronic medical record. Assist with the implementation of new applications and functionality. The clinical informatics nurse will serve as the clinical manager and be involved in oversight and coordination of Quality Improvement with assistance from key staff members including creating quality measures to include monitoring and implementation of measures. Assists with planning and implementing staff education, competencies and certifications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
  - Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure
- Educational Required
  - BS degree in Nursing
- Experience Requirements
  - RN with minimum of two (2) years hospital-based nursing experience strongly preferred
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
  - Well organized
  - Works well with others
  - Works with highly sensitive and confidential information
  - Strong computer skills required
  - Strong written and verbal skills
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
