Human Resources Manager (HRBP)

Your main missions will be:
* Ensures the implementation of the company's HR policy and HR processes within its scope and is the guarantor.
* Ensures the application of social legislation and internal rules for the management and development of Human Resources: recruitment, integration, mobility, training, remuneration, performance management, talent management.
HR policy:
* Ensures the dissemination and application of the company's HR policy.
* Advises and assists managers in its implementation.
* Ensures compliance with current social legislation and internal rules within the company.
* Contributes through its participation in working groups and its proposals to the optimization and improvement of human resources management.
HR support to operational staff:
* Supports and advises operational staff in day-to-day work relations and in the management of employees: employment contracts and amendments, objective discussions, development and performance plan. Supports employee development as part of their assessment, training and development plan.
Social right :
* He is the legal advisor and in this context, advises managers on employment law and implements disciplinary procedures.
Social relations :
* Manage social relations jointly with Directors / Activity managers.
Operational Skills:
* Job: Know the basics of payroll
* Job: Know the different HR areas: Labor law, Administrative personnel management, HRM
* Job: Have good knowledge in management and development of Human Resources
* ADP company: Know the culture of the company and its organization
* Analyze the risks and define an action plan
* Manage projects
* Manage priorities
* Negotiate and convince
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level or above)
* Use office tools
Produce documents with standard office tools: Word, Powerpoint, Excel (mastery of calculation formulas). Use advanced Outlook functions.

* Ability to easily establish and maintain long-term contacts, namely to communicate and exchange useful information, to be part of a network of internal and external relations.
