MISSIONS AND POST ACTIVITIES

  • Main mission,
  • purpose or purpose of the position:
  • Supervise and animate a team managing all Payroll settings
  • Ensure that the objectives set by the hierarchy are achieved
  • Ensure the delivery of the settings within the predefined times
  • Ensure the quality of the deliverables in order to ensure the satisfaction of ADP's customers
  • Assignments and activities of the position - Deploy the strategy, the projects, the processes defined or validated by the management and accompany the collaborators during the changes
  • Assist and guide employees to help them overcome difficulties
  • Monitor and organize daily the progress of the activity
  • To guarantee the production and the quality of the services provided
  • Animate, set priorities and propose actions to guarantee the achievement of objectives
  • Coach and assist the rise in skills of its employees
  • Create a collaborative relationship environment with internal and external customers
  • Give a quick and appropriate feedback to the different requests
  • Actively participate in the optimization and continuous improvement of internal processes through its analyzes and actions.
  • Develop and implement indicators and dashboards to guide the teams' work.
  • Federate your team around the same goal

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS ON THE POST

  • University level training +5 minimum level in the computer trades or Above
  • Proven knowledge in Leadership and Team Management
  • University level training +5 minimum level in the computer trades or Above
  • Fluency in English is a plus
  • Knowledge of Java EE and Web and Dotnet and Cobol will be perfect
  • Knowledge of other languages would be an asset (C #, Cobol, etc ...)
  • Development Experience : assist on Code review, answer questions and help his team on development needs,
  • Experience in project management in Agile mode : Scrum experience is more than welcome,
