Job Summary | This is a clinical trial coordinator position in a dynamic and extremely well-funded aging and dementia clinical trials unit. This position offers an opportunity for personal as well as professional growth as a vital team member for the #1 clinical trial site in the US in our area of research. We stress teamwork among our staff that allows us to lead the field in our search for cures for Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias so that in the future we can guarantee healthy brain aging for all those we serve. The University of Kentucky considers the health, safety and well-being of our entire community to be a top priority. In alignment with this priority, all new hires must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or obtain an approved medical or religious exemption as a condition of employment. For areas that fall under the federal CMS mandate, start of employment cannot occur until two weeks after receiving the full COVID-19 vaccination series or upon obtaining an approved exemption. Only vaccines approved by the World Health Organization can be accepted. |

Preferred Education/Experience | Bachelors degree plus two or more years experience in clinical research with the geriatric population, preferably those with memory disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease preferred. |
