As aLead Consultant, Operations for Talent and Change, youll drive enterprise initiatives, in partnership with a cross-functional team, that deliver on Targets Talent and Change priorities, as well as manage complex enterprise products and programs. Youll anticipate future capabilities and organizational needs through benchmarking, supplier relationships, internal needs analysis and strong enterprise partnerships. Leverage your data-driven mindset and deep understanding of the enterprise and its employees to design strategies and solutions that will keep Targets talent growing faster than our competitors. At any given time youll be leading 2-3 enterprise-wide initiatives as well as managing a subset of our technology products and programs. All of this work will be done in close collaboration with partners across Talent and Change, HR Technology, HR Business Partners and COEs, and individual business functions.
About you:
5+ years experience in Marketing, Insights, Product Management, or HR Technology with enterprise scope preferred
Ability to anticipate future organizational Talent and Change needs through benchmarking, trend research and internal capability maturity analysis
Demonstrated ability to understand end-users and deliver solutions to meet their needs
Comprehensive understanding of Targets technology ecosystem
Ability to own and manage enterprise products and/or programs; enterprise marketing and adoption tactics, success evaluation and recommendations on strategic direction
Ability to effectively lead multiple complex projects simultaneously; balancing multiple inputs, stakeholders, timelines and dependencies
Best in class collaboration skills and ability to make connections across the enterprise
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to tell a compelling story
Data-driven mindset and ability to glean insights and actions from the data
A growth mindset (resiliency, curiosity, enthusiasm for the future, bias for action)
Comfortable taking risks, driving change and supporting creativity
