**Job Description Summary**

The Regulatory Compliance Analyst-Cyber Security will be responsible for managing risk associated with regulatory requirements such as NERC CIP, as well as patch security within the GE Renewable Energy platform. The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring that systems and security within the Electronic Security Perimeter and Remote Operations Center run efficiently and effectively.



**Job Description**



**Responsibilities:**



+ Support the Ops Compliance Team in deploying, configuring and managing the systems located within the patch lab and the electronic security perimeter

+ Deployment of Windows Updates, third party software updates, consist of creating Windows updates group, Windows Update packages, deployment schedule and coordination of deployment.

+ Support and manage the customer patch portal with relevant details and validation information

+ Support, maintain, develop SCCM current version.

+ Packaging Applications for SCCM deployment, consist of scripting installation and uninstallation of software used on SCADA network.

+ Maintaining and updating antivirus within the patch lab environment and electronic security perimeter

+ Active Directory (AD) maintenance, configuration and support, consist of changing/creating Group Policy, Users, Groups, Service accounts.

+ Maintenance and support of VMWare environment

+ Participate in the production of the Renewables cybersecurity policies, standards and guidelines

+ Review and recommend changes to system settings and operational manual procedures;

+ Conduct day to day operational security and compliance activities;

+ Monitor and maintain systems security and patch management

+ Execute platform vulnerability management;

+ Participate in information security incident response as required and work with key stakeholder teams for resolution;

+ Provide security recommendations as a SME.



**Requirements** :



+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience



**Desired Characteristics**



+ Strong analytical skills to analyze security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls;

+ Knowledge of NERC CIP reliability standards

+ Knowledge of operating system internal controls, WSUS, SCCM and SolarWinds

+ Project and/or time management skills, including organization, coordination of duties, and/or accomplishment of goals.

+ Knowledge and experience in developing and documenting security architecture and plans, including project plans;

+ Experience in application technology security testing;

+ Experience in system technology security testing (vulnerability scanning and penetration testing).
