Job Description

Under direct supervision, the Regulatory Affairs Associate prepares regulatory submissions such as amendments, supplements, and annual reports in accordance to FDA guidelines. The Associate I will be responsible for evaluating change controls to provide for accurate regulatory filing assessments in accordance to guidance documents. In addition, he/she will accurately populate and maintain the databases and trackers in real time (change control tracker/Global Trackwise (GTW), annual report spreadsheet maintenance, Workload Tracker and Global Insight).  May represent Regulatory Affairs on project teams, as more experience is acquired.

  • Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline, required.
  • Masters degree in RA/QA discipline, a plus.
  • 2+ years Regulatory Affairs experience and/or analytical/QC, R&D/laboratory or production experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Ability to work independently and on teams
  • Good verbal and written communication skills / Must be well organized, detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities.
