As a Quality Team Leader, you are supporting the Customer Support - Field Factory (CS FF) quality roadmap and secure the Field Factory focus on quality in order to meet and exceed customer satisfaction




## **Job Mission**

As Regional Quality Leader for Field Factory (FF) you will lead the deployment and execution of the quality roadmap in your specific region




## **Job Description**



* Coach and lead a team of quality engineers in performing assessments, quality checks and root cause analysis on specific activities in the field (QA role deployment).


* Execute specific QA plan (defined by FF-MT) for the upgrades/relo/install.


* Identify the gaps in current operational processes and define corrective actions with relevant regional stakeholders in FF (project and line management).


* Deploy the quality behavioral vision of CS Field Factory in the field.


* Advise on continuous improvement actions to be applied in the other regions.

**Experience**



* At least 5 years of hands-on semiconductor field experience in ASML.


* 2 years of experience in Customer Support / Field Factory in a lead role.


* Good knowledge of quality management tools: 8D Report, RCA, excellent and proven problem-solving skills.


* ASML quality improvement projects experience preferred.


* Deep technical knowledge of semiconductor / lithography machines and upgrades.
