Please note this role will begin remotely during Covid 19 and eventually shift to an in office position in El Paso, TX, Alpharetta, GA OR Miami Florida. You must either 1. be open to relocation to either one of these locations OR 2. be already located in these Metro locations.

Role objectives:
As a member of ADP's CSL Implementation Leadership team, the Regional Director (Americas) Implementation is responsible, on a regional scope - for successful project realization in compliance with ADP CSL methodology and financial goals. Reports to the Vice President Implementation of CSL Organization
The Regional Director develops and maintains common methods, processes and procedures to ensure continuity of these methods, processes and procedures throughout the Region and in alignment with all other Regions.
The Regional Director is responsible for instituting and maintaining consistent regional, continuous improvement processes, as well as compiling, evaluating and reporting on Implementation metrics. This position makes recommendations and compiles project plans to implement improvements as measured by decreased cost, reduced start times and client satisfaction.
The Regional Director has regional accountability for Implementation: client satisfaction, implementation methodology, staffing/hiring metrics, associate performance measurement, client satisfaction survey results, project measurement, time tracking, tools development, implementation costing and consistency within region, and alignment between regions.

II. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure practices and processes are developed to focus on quality and timely (effective) go-lives in line with CSL operating plan. Financial and strategic objectives for CSL are supported, while ensuring client satisfaction and expectations are met.

a. Support in the development of tools and methods to monitor overall project costs
b. Ensure success of global accounts PM'd from Americas Region -- as measured by client satisfaction
c. Work effectively with the Finance and Implementation Operations teams in order to provide Regional Implementation projections
d. Ensure alignment and consistency with other Regions
2. In liaison and alignment with the other Regional Implementation Directors, actively develop processes and tools to monitor and guide all activities of regional projects while ensuring client expectations are met.

a. Ensure that the all Project Management staff are trained and prepared for their roles and responsibilities, and develop selection criteria for these roles that ensure consistency across all regions
b. Facilitate project issues resolution by providing guidance, direction or escalation as appropriate.

3. Co-define and develop staffing models and performance metrics focusing on client satisfaction and quality measurements, in order to manage the Implementation organization activities consistently across the regions.

a. Ensure ownership of tasks and achievement of project deliverables and provide oversight to manage Project, Resources, and Methodology and Controls Management.
b. Co-define processes, procedures and structures that ensure high quality of delivery of projects
c. Evaluate and deploy improvements to the training, tools, and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery -- provide coordination to ensure process improvements are embraced, deployed and effective.
d. Develop and deploy the quality survey process for implementation.
4. Participate as a key member of the CSL Implementation senior leadership team and make timely recommendations and presentations regarding Implementation strategies/processes.

a. Contribute to the definition, development, rollout, and effective management of business strategies that achieve the objectives of the CSL Implementation organization worldwide.
b. Assist the Senior Leadership team in a manner that supports achieving overall implementation business objectives.
c. Represent CSL Implementation in presentations, discussions, or other group forums within and/or outside of ADP.
d. Attend Senior Leadership meetings to present Regional strategies and program updates.

5. Stabilize and reduce costs for implementations - manage client escalations and develop and improve the change request process in a manner that supports client effectiveness and satisfaction.

a. Develop and maintain effective client relationships -- act as the Senior or Executive sponsor as requested and appropriate.
b. Manage and effectively reduce client escalations
c. Contribute to significantly improve client satisfaction scores; build appropriate regional improvement and action plans to address issues and improve satisfaction as necessary.

6. Collaborate effectively across other CSL functions specifically including Sales and Service.

a. Establish and/or improve clear communication and handover processes to ensure smooth transition of clients between stages of service delivery.
b. Actively participate in the sales process as requested for new client opportunities.

7. Ensure timely and effective hiring, development, and mentoring of resources to achieve business objectives.

a. Assist and provide guidance in the recruitment, hiring, development and retention of highly qualified individuals in accordance with regional budget requirements. Co-develop hiring profile for implementation associates ensuring consistency across regions.
b. Deploy, support, and manage employment branding initiatives as required.
c. Define, assist in the development and implement relevant training plans.

III. Skills and Knowledge
  • Will have acquired in-depth knowledge of managing organisational structures including structure definition, planning, quality, and management of multi-faceted project lifecycles.
  • Able to demonstrate strong awareness of general business skills including both people management and commercial/contractual interventions.
  • Able to anticipate, identify and analyse problems and opportunities, establish priorities and efficiently allocate resource and utilise resource.
  • Able to delegate and co-ordinate workloads at strategic/operational level in order to achieve overall objectives within time limits and agreed budgets.
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to review and measure progress against specific criteria and take necessary corrective action.
  • Sufficiently flexible to adapt and respond to the needs of continuously shifting goals.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels, including board level, and demonstrate personal integrity and professional authority in all dealings with colleagues and clients.
  • Able to demonstrate sufficient professional credibility to act as ambassador for ADP and assist in establishment of brand within the market place.
IV. Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree ideal. Proven relevant experience may be taken in lieu of formal qualification.
  • Will have demonstrated senior-level managerial experience in a complex operational/ implementation/ service delivery environment. Knowledge of a payroll/HR would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Will have proven track record of successful implementation delivery management at senior level including financial management and P+L responsibility.
  • Experience working within a matrix organisation for a US owned organisation preferred.
