Role Summary:The Region Product Marketing Director is responsible for generating growth for a portfolio of products and leads all segment product marketers and clinical specialists in a given geography. Reporting to the Imaging Leader LATAM, this role ensures collaboration between the region and global product marketing teams on NPIs and IB programs for optimal commercial activation in the geography. In addition, this role provides critical regional market and competitive insights to new product concepts.

Essential Responsibilities:Region Customer & Market Insights 1. Monitor region clinical/industry trends, customer unmet needs, buying cycles, personas and economic drivers 2. Analysis of region market data including market size, share, and pricing for a given geography 3. Collect customer win/loss and competitive insights to develop winning go to market strategies Region Go-to-market Strategy & Execution 1. Manage portfolio/product positioning, timing and execution of local NPI launches 2. Drive region

marketing plans to grow orders and market share 3. Generate region excitement for new offerings & gather clinical/economic evidence to accelerate customer adoption 4. Work with Field Marketing to execute local marketing programs (events, promotions, etc) to support commercial territories Region Commercial Activation 1. Develop & test value propositions with local customers and adapt as needed 2. Drive segmentation and pricing strategy adapted to each market 3. Lead region training for account management, sales specialists and indirect channel partners 4.Manage product-specific Key Opinion Leaders, demo programs, reference and show sites 5. Provide commercial, technical or clinical applications support for strategic deals, customer collaborations and key customer events Region Team Management & Global Collaboration 1.Manage all Segment Product Marketers and Clinical Specialists in given geography 2. Ensure Segment Product Marketers collaborate with global commercial launch teams to deliver the right marketing materials, training and sales tools to effectively position NPIs and IB programs 3. Work with Global Product Marketing to develop new concepts, identify and retire associated market and commercial risks 4. Provide input to product development as needed ( e.g. customer insights, commercial risks, requirement prioritization)

Qualifications/Requirements:1. Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field of study 2. Minimum of

5-7 years in leadership positions in Marketing with a combination of Sales or Product Management

experience 3. Healthcare industry/product/services acumen 4. Proven leadership skills to lead

teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy 5. Strong business acumen with

ability to analyze customer/market needs 6. Experience working on a global team 7. Proven track

record of delivering results; able to effectively balance strategy, operational management and

drive change 8. Excellent communicator. Fluent in English Quality Specific Goals: 1. Aware of

and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management

Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. 3. Identify

and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Desired Characteristics:1. MBA or Masters degree in Marketing 2. Graduate of ECLP, CLS or other GE leadership

program 3. Previous experience with NPI and product development processes 4. Innovation
