POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruiter is responsible for recruitment functions and advertising of professional staff. Will act as a company representative at external career fairs. Preferred applicant will be outgoing, creative, able to work independently, strong customer service, and strong recruitment background. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Educational Requirements

Bachelors in Management, Marketing, or other healthcare associated degree preferred.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 years recruitment/HR experience strongly preferred.

Preference may be given to applicant with experience in placement or staffing agency.

Healthcare experience helpful, but not required.

Special Skills or Training Requirements

Requires high level of accuracy, follow-through, and organizational skills. Interviewing experience preferred.

Strong customer service skills required.

Requires excellent computer skills and experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
