Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage full cycle recruiting from job opening to onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies to source candidates that meet position profiles and/or building talent pools for current and future openings.

  • Use expertise and industry knowledge to advise hiring managers on various matters.

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations including but not limited to EEO, OFCCP, FCRA, FLSA.

  • Complete quarterly, monthly and ad hoc management reports as required.

  • Complete other HR duties as assigned.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree in business, management, human resources or related field is required.

  • Minimum of five years of professional recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO or agency setting strongly preferred..

  • 2+ years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech recruitment experience is required.

  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools is required.

  • Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Office products and social media platforms.

  • Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change and adapt to varying internal customer needs.



Work Environment


This position will be in an office environment.


 


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
