POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for providing physical therapy treatment to Home Health patients, following the treatment plan developed by a physical therapist and the rules and regulations of the North Dakota Physical Therapy Practice Act. Completes all required documentation relating to treatment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
  - Basic Life Support (CPR) required within 30 days of hire
  - Licensed in ND as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Educational Requirements
- Experience Requirements
  - Preferably two years experience as a physical therapy assistant
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
  - Able to communicate orally with patients
  - Organize time well to meet job expectations
