As aProject Manager within our Health Care Reform space, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, frontline associates and other internal partners to drive cross-functional projects that have a lasting impact. You’ll work in a high-visibility capacity and be known as a change agent throughout the organization.  

Every day, you will manage the project life cycle for various initiatives, to include identifying ideal solutions to business problems, bringing people together across functional lines, bridging what the business is trying to accomplish with what your technical partners are trying to do, driving alignment and executing upon identified solutions.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Be an Agent for Change. You will problem-solve complex business scenarios and be known as an associate that champions, drives and welcomes change for the betterment of the business.
  • Build Relationships throughout the Business. You will work closely with frontline associates, senior leaders and other internal partners as you work towards continuously improving the Health Care Reform space.
  • Deliver Results. You will deliver long-lasting results that are impactful, meaningful and often long-lasting. 
  • Act as a Business Owner. You will take ownership of your assigned initiatives from start to finish, to include brainstorming, identification of solutions, rallying of appropriate project team members, and execution upon and complete implementation of identified solutions.

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • You have a completed undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • You come equipped with 3-5 years of project management and/or continuous improvement experience.
  • You’re organized and can multi-task, set priorities, follow up effectively, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.
  • You are a demonstrated strong communicator, both verbally and in writing; you are self-motivated, can work autonomously and have a drive to learn.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Bonus points for these:

  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP) a plus 
  • Experience working with and presenting results to senior-level leadership
