Job Duties:


ADP, Inc. seeks a Project Manager at our Alpharetta, GA location. Responsibilities: Contribute to the ongoing improvement cycle of the implementation process, ensuring it is aligned with global best practices, and utilizes clear standards and templates. Identify the most effective allocation of resources and tools required for project in compliance with project requirement. Manage the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure successful delivery of project scope, timelines and budget. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Contribute to the ADP GV Project Management Methodology in liaison with the Line Manager and Methodology Manager.


Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:


Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related engineering field of study plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of experience. Up to 40% travel required.


Work Experience:


Two (2) years of experience must include: SAP HCM, including SAP digital, cloud solutions, and consulting business processes and functions; SAP Methodology, including Project Preparation, Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation and Go-Live; Managing software implementations in a cloud computing environment; Full lifecycle project management of implementations utilizing SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft; Six Sigma Lean Methodology; Management of change request process (CCR); Waterfall Technique; Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); and Gantt chart.

Project Management Professional Certification Required.
