The Project Analyst is responsible for conducting hosting action planning calls in response to a crisis, tracking the updates and reading out to the leadership on the issues, resolution and measure of impact the event had on the business. Throughout the year, continuously analyze and measure trends and opportunities for improving the level of and timeliness of response.
