\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EADP is hiring a Director of Program Management.\u003C/strong\u003E In this position you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and controlling the activities of complex business projects spanning multiple organizations to ensure that project deliverables are provided on time, within budget and in accordance to specification. Program Managers are responsible for building and maintaining productive working relationships between all Comprehensive Services\u0027 organizations with various levels of associates and constituencies, including Group IT, Legal, Finance. Program Managers are responsible for executing project procedures that support Comprehensive Services project management standards while ensuring delivery of the Comprehensive Services business goals. Typically manages the integration and/or development and delivery of very large and complex deliverables directly to the Comprehensive Services enterprise. This position provides the primary interface between the Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, all BES entities, IT and Field Management organizations and is accountable for managing the overall Program or collection of Projects. The Program Manager is responsible for monitoring the performance of the Project Team and its Project Managers. He/she will engage the manager of a Project Team member should a performance challenge be encountered. All cross-functional Project and Product Managers will be aligned to the Program Manager in a matrixed-management structure during the engagement, for the purpose of achieving team based goals. The Program Manager acts as the primary contact for the Program to the Comprehensive Services\u0027 enterprise and senior management. The Program Manager must manage and provide communication to all organizations; including overall project milestones, risk, scope and expectations, project integration, budget and staffing. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance of project team resources with respect to their assigned project activities. Responsibilities will also include contact to clients regarding pilot activities, feedback, and follow up on ADP\u0027s ability to meet success criteria of the pilot process.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EWe strive for every interaction to be driven by our \u003Cstrong\u003ECORE\u003C/strong\u003E values:\u003Cstrong\u003E Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, - Social Responsibility.\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES:\u003C/strong\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFollows Program Management disciplines in the following areas: Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Issue Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Communication Management and Contract Management.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEstablishes, manages and publishes a comprehensive overall project plan, including the development schedule, resource requirements and integration efforts of third party products.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEstablishes project structure and staffing plans, and participates in staffing process, which may include selection of personnel from third party vendors.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThe Program Manager is ultimately responsible for obtaining approvals on Program scope changes, escalating critical path issues and resolving team resource conflicts.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMotivates and directs the project team; sets goals, objectives and priorities; assigns and reviews project tasks and performance on a regular basis, benchmarking against key milestone deliverables.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMay be asked to provide input into the performance reviews of team members.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EApproves additions and deletions to staff over the life of the project.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThe Program Manager is ultimately responsible for obtaining approvals on Program scope changes, escalating critical path issues and resolving team resource conflicts.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThe Program Manager establishes comprehensive cross functional written and verbal communications evaluating Program tasks, milestones, dependencies, issues and escalations.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIncludes program meetings, minutes, executive briefings and issue management tracking.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECollaborates with cross functional Product and Project Managers on all Program management deliverables.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActs as primary interface with the project sponsor(s) as well as the Product Manager.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsures quality reviews are held with the project team and obtains sign off on status and requirements.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActs as primary interface to subcontractors supplying either product or service.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsures that the methodology, processes and tools are consistently used as dictated through Program Management Office (PMO).\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAccountable for meeting project schedule and results, client satisfaction and the quality of the deliverables.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for determining success criteria of overall project. This includes gathering information of client feedback, project team feedback and senior management direction.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManages the overall program budget.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECoordinates requests for incremental funding if deemed necessary.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s degree required preferably in Business Administration, HR or Information System.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience in managing large project teams of 10-20 associates across multiple functions in the company\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust have 3-7 years of proven Project Management experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/div\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\u003C/strong\u003E: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaster\u0027s degree preferred.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPMP or equivalent Professional Project Management certification is a plus\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrior Program management experience is a plus.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExtensive knowledge and understanding of Comprehensive Services products, service, implementation, technical, training, financial and sales organizational operations would also be a plus\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELarge, complex projects that include integration across the Comprehensive Services enterprise\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThis may include existing programs that require attention in sales, implementation, service or operations\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated success in managing multi-line product projects. Experience in leading and directing multiple Project Managers across the Comprehensive Services enterprise.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProven track record of maintaining effective Project Team relationships in a highly matrixed environment.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust possess a proven ability to work effectively with an aggressive, demanding client and ADP project teams.
