Job Summary | The UK College of Medicine, Northern Kentucky campus, is seeking a Program Coordinator who will serve as a hiring official for a targeted recruitment and careful screening a diverse pool of Standardized Patient Employees. Standardized patients serve in workshops, exams, interviewing labs, and other educational activities. This position will coordinate efforts to establish and train personnel in creating Standardized Patient program at Northern Kentucky Campus, as well as work with the business officer to maintain timely and accurate employee time sheets, billing records, correspondence, and other administrative documents/policies. The successful candidate will effectively interface and collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrations from the College of Medicine and other healthcare professions programs. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer), ability to grasp new technology with appropriate training, independent decision-making, communication, teamwork, dependability, organization, and management skills. |
