**Job Description**



**Roles and Responsibilities:**



In this role you will:



+ Provide technical and commercial leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of X-Ray and Analog Mammo retrofit detectors products including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers.

+ Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training for your customers, channel partners; monitor and report on training outcomes.

+ Develop and deliver product training to customers for pre-sales and post sales. Also meet assigned target business Operating plan.

+ Monitor customer installations of X-Ray products within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.

+ Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.

+ Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.

+ Responsible for creating and maintaining KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) in the regions and also responsible to train the service sales team and dealer team from time to time for capability enhancement.

+ Serve as a subject matter expert in X-Ray & Breast imaging and clinical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening clinical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward.

+ Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence back to the business.

+ Support Install base with right guidance on Image quality concerns (if any) and strengthen the customer confidence by building right awareness.

+ Work with direct & channel team to build funnel and help them in sell. To lead, direct and motivate the sales team to maximize local business opportunities.

+ Advance New Product Initiatives (NPI) features and clinical techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation.

+ Develop meaningful relationships with your customers (highlighting Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) where necessary) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives.

+ Maintain required well-written pre and post training documentation in conjunction with global guidance.

+ Demonstrate safety first and quality mindset, maintaining applicable processes as part of the Quality Management System and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and procedures.



**Required Qualifications**



+ This role requires advanced 7 plus years of experience in the Product Management & Product Cost/Pricing.

+ Knowledge level is comparable to any Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.



**Desired Characteristics**



+ Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
