Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

Well be looking to you tomanage fraud product requirements, define and document business and operational processes. You will also define and manage the sprint process with the Scrum Master through the business requirements collection from stakeholders and turn them into stories and epics to deliver new features or enhance existing capabilities. Monitor and reportspecific moneytransfer portfolios KPIs to senior managementwill be part of the main responsibilities too.Youll make a difference by giving data-driven recommendations and contributing to optimization of roadmaps for existing Western Union Digital businesses.

For such a detail-driven role,youll demonstrate your experience writing integration stories on Jira. Additionally, youll have the opportunity to use your advanced skills in writing database queries. Youll bring to the table a passion for online fraud or criminal investigationsfor which you need to have wide experience (3+ years) in the fraud risk mitigation field. Strong communication, cross culturalagility, data analytics and timemanagement arethe key skills to succeed
