Position Overview
Remote Solutions Group is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and passionate Product Manager to help create and drive the Product Vision and development of our product portfolio products.

The right candidate has a track record of identifying user challenges and turning them into business opportunities. Youll report to the Senior Manager ofProduct Management, sharing work and knowledge with Designers, other Product Managers and Engineers. You will be accountable for solving customer problems and radically transforming our customers ability to get work done.
Your team will rely on you to align product goals and business needs, maintain the roadmap and make day-to-day priority and design decisions. You will work closely with product management,engineering and design to bring integration products to market and develop and grow business opportunities for LogMeIn. You will document project objectives,write user storiesand iterate on solutions to meet the expectations of the business and our customers. You will be expected to help evolve strategies to gain a deep understanding of current and future customer needs to effectively guide your teams decisions and efforts.

4 years+ experience working in related industry experience in a product management role in high tech/SaaS products. Has deep empathy for users and obsession with resolving their issues and delivering delight.

Responsibilities

• Along with the Product Management team, holds the vision for the product and communicates the vision across development teams

• Collaborates with the stakeholders and the engineering teams to understand the requirements and prioritize and sequence the Product Backlog to provide the most customer value
• Gathers internal needs by collaborating with other product and business leads and by constantly monitoring emerging technologies
• Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency
• Participates in product roadmap planning and reviews, sprint and release planning, demos
• Responsible for thecreationof user stories and acceptance criteria

• Has complete authority to accept or reject work done and manages cross-product dependencies

Requirements

• 4+ years of related industry experience in a product management role in high tech or software -- SAAS experience is preferred
• Experience with building B2B/B2C technology products
• Understanding ofhighly technical products and is experienced at influencing engineers and making product trade-offs.
• Demonstrated track record of success working with broad cross-functional teams with ability to sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, customers, analysts, and partners.
• Superb verbal & written communication, organizational and project management skills
• Proven ability to solve hard problems and have experience with business considerations for complex software products.
• Experience operating in an Agile environmentand proven ability to juggle multiple projects at one time, and work collaboratively across functional areas
• Highly self-motivated, passionate team-oriented individual
• You have a team-first attitude and have developed techniques to ensure your teams are happy, motivated and productive
• Bachelors degreein Engineering/ Science or related field is Required
• Fluency in English is required; Hungarian language skills are a plus
