The Product Manager is responsible for the overall success and performance of the digital product from conception to sunset and its contributions toward achieving business goals and objectives with a focus on the participant experience and membership leads program.


You Will Have

  • Bachelors degree with emphasis on product management, technology, business or equivalent experience required

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a product manager or product owner of software products and/or services

  • Business-to-consumer (B2C) web experience

  • Experience with product management lifecycle

  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment

  • Experience managing and coaching direct reports preferred

  • Demonstrated learning agility

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Developing the product strategy and ensure that it is aligned with business priorities; 

  • Managing requests to expand or redesign existing product; 

  • Gather market intelligence & participant research; 

  • Identifying new product opportunities based on participant research and market trends; 

  • Managing the entire product lifecycle and product roadmap; 

  • Overseeing product performance and proactively propose ways to improve the product; 

  • Developing business cases (ROI justification) for new product features; 

  • Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and ensure that the PO is fully onboarded with product strategy, priorities, business reasoning, roadmap, and upcoming work focus; 

  • Setting and managing to product KPIs; 

  • Analyzing product budgets, identify and mitigate risks; 

  • Managing Product Owner(-s) as direct reports.
