Product Manager, Cash Management - Sao Paulo, Brazil

As a Product Manager, youll be expected to oversee the biller network, manage revenue share budget programs and successfully negotiate new business terms. Youll be a skilled planner who can recommend and create new product strategies.
Role Responsibilities
Responsible for all cash management products
Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations relating to cash products.
Continuously work on reviewing processes and proposing technologies and tools that support improvements and innovations.
Control costs and revenues generated by Cash Management products.
Coordinate Banking-as-a-Service (BAAS) structures.
Control and establish account usage limits.
Fraud prevention rules and operations
Cancellation, Blocking, and Unblocking of Accounts
Conducts comparative analysis against competitors and provides strategic planning of product direction and features.
Be target-driven and determined to meet critical financial objectives.
Role Requirements
Experience with Cash Management Products (Accounts Payable, PIX, Boleto, Payments, and Debit Cards).
Knowledge of local Cash Management regulations, KYC, Transfers, payments, banking correspondent agreements, and withdrawals (own network and with third parties)
An education or equivalent skills are required, with at least five years of related experience in product management.
Demonstrated capabilities in evaluating the current market and interpreting its conditions.
Previous experience with lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
Ability to work individually or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.
Knowledge of digital assets will be considered a plus.
English fluency is a must.
