Dr. Murielle Veniant-Ellison in the Cardiometabolic Disorders department at Amgen, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow in the area of obesity/diabetes.
The position will allow the successful candidate to explore the cellular and physiological mechanisms of a zinc transporter biology with a specific focus on beta cells. An integrated approach will be adopted using knockout technology, metabolic phenotyping, cell an molecular biology.
The assignment length is expected to be 2-3 years.

- PhD at the time of appointment
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidate holding a PhD with experience in beta cells and/or RNA nucleotide biology are preferred
- E xpertise in SiRNA and endosome escape will be preferred
