Job Summary | The Post-Doctoral Scholar for the Dr. Changhai Tian’s Laboratory in the Department of Toxicology and Cancer Biology at the University of Kentucky will be responsible for studying the mechanism of the communications between heart-brain an brain-heart during the pathogenesis of heart failure or neurodegenerative disorders, the role of extracellular vesicles in the pathogenesis of these diseases, and develop novel therapeutics to treat these diseases. Among other qualifications, successful candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree and have prior research experience in molecular biology, cell biology, neuroscience and cardiovascular research (in particular heart failure). |
