Job Summary | A postdoctoral fellow position is available immediately to study molecular and cellular mechanisms of obesity and its associated metabolic complications including insulin resistance and fatty liver diseases in the Department of Pharmacology and Nutritional Sciences at University of Kentucky. Candidates should have a PhD degree in the related field. Candidates who have strong background in cell and molecular biology, have experience working with adipocytes (development and differentiation) and working with small laboratory animals (such as rats and mice) are preferred.
