Job Summary

The Department of Toxicology & Cancer Biology is recruiting a Post-Doctoral Scholar to study the mechanism of carcinogenesis, cancer metastasis and develop new cancer therapies (drug repurposing and nanoparticle-mediated drug delivery). Candidates should have a recent Ph.D. degree with strong background in cell/molecular biology, cancer biology or chemistry. Experiences in studying cancer epigenetics, non-coding RNAs, functional RNA modifications, cancer stem cells or nanoparticle-mediated drug delivery with skills in handling mice, producing tumors in mice and treating mice with commonly-used drug/toxicant administration approaches would be advantageous.
