Downtown Denver-based Company seeks a dynamic service-oriented professional who is highly organized and has experience catering to affluent clientele from around the world. This position entails assisting the Inspirato Planning Team with member communication prior to the official start of the planning process, collaborating with Destination Leaders on projects, as well as ensuring the team shared inbox is organized.


 


Responsibilities:



  • Set up and maintain a workspace to facilitate the planning process.  

  • Acknowledge all upcoming trips and own Salesforce task management for the team.

  • Own initial member correspondence for trips with long runways, including sending planning timeline emails and answering member questions.

  • Manage team inbox, including folder creation and organization, email organization, tracking, logging, color coding, etc.

  • Collaborate with the Planning Manager and/or Member Care Teams on any pre planning concerns.

  • Assist with planning projects including messaging, templates updates, trip assignments, team updates, etc.

  • Maintain a strong working relationship with planning team and Destination leadership team.

  • Assist planning team with member reservations, create and update member itineraries, add links to the trips in Salesforce, create and edit member trip notes.

  • Perform regular information and technology audits for Inspirato systems (Travefy, Salesforce, Admin Portal, Inspirato.com).

  • Provide staffing support with out-of-office coverage for planner teammates.



 


Required Skills:  To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:



  • Software Expertise - Proven expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms; experience with Salesforce is preferred.

  • Luxury Travel Experience - Experience in the luxury travel industry is preferable.

  • Project Management - Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all components of each task are properly presented, managed, and reported.

  • Problem Solving  Must be able to solve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully and efficiently; and work well in group problem solving situations.

  • Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate effectively, professionally and in a concise manner, both verbally and in writing.

  • Adaptability  Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events, appreciates opportunity to adjust and adapt with growing business.



 


Qualifications:  Candidate must meet the following qualifications:



  • Highly organized self stater with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Spanish speaking preferred.



 


Compensation - $38,000 - $43,000 Base Salary


We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.


 


Gratuity  This position is not eligible to earn tips.


 


Bonus  This position is eligible for the companys bonus plan, to the extent offered, at a target bonus percentage of up to 10% of your annual salary. 


 


Equity - This position is eligible for the company's equity plan.


 


Benefits  This position is eligible for a health and welfare benefits package including medical, dental & vision insurance.


 


FAM Trip  This Position is eligible for the Employee Familiarization Travel Program following three (3) consecutive months of employment. This program provides you up to one seven (7) day reservation in an eligible Inspirato property per your employment calendar year subject to seasonal property demands and the company Employee Familiarization Travel Program Terms and Conditions.
