Informa Investment Solutions is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Data Collection professional to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee for a temp to perm opportunity. This role reports to the Service Bureau Director and is responsible for the collection and organization of all incoming custody statements to be used by the Quality Assurance Data Collection in the performance of their tasks. Responsibilities also include reporting on data collection progress, data entry of coded statements, and handling incoming calls and mail for front office receptionist as needed.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Retrieve and open incoming mail on a daily basis.

  • Retrieve and print statements from multiple websites on a daily/monthly basis.

  • Maintain web site access (logins and passwords) for multiple sites and gain access to new sites as needed.

  • Track/log the receipt of all custody statements, including those e-mailed to the Performance Measurement Analysts.

  • Distribute all statements to the Performance Measurement Analysts on a daily basis.

  • Contact the appropriate parties to obtain missing statements and to discontinue unnecessary statements.

  • Maintain and implement the quarterly schedule to purge aged statements in preparation for shredder company pickup.

  • Report the status of delinquent statements to the Service Bureau Management on a monthly basis.

  • Perform data entry of coded statements as needed.

  • File statements as needed.

  • Acts as backup for front office receptionist by answering incoming calls and processing mail as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor listed above.

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Education – Associates degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Background –  Comprehensive knowledge of:

    • Excel, Word, E-mail, and Internet

    • Time management

    • Holding oneself in a professional manner with personnel both internal and external to the organization.

    • Demonstrated ability to:

      • Input data as quickly and with as few errors as is possible.

      • Work alone within a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • Experience – Proficient in data entry, data recording, and answering/directing incoming calls.

  • Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Interpersonal Skills - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Technology - Strong computer skills.

  • Organizational Skills - Exceptional organizational & time management skills. Individual must possess a high capacity for multi-tasking.
